General Terms and Conditions Salon Stuff
1. Applicability
1.1. These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements from Salon Stuff regarding products sold through the webshop.
2. Orders
2.1. By placing an order through the Salon Stuff webshop, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
2.2. Salon Stuff reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to incorrect pricing, technical errors, or other circumstances.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1. All prices in the webshop are listed in euros and exclude VAT, unless otherwise stated.
3.2. Payment must be made via the payment methods offered in the webshop.
4. Delivery
4.1. Salon Stuff strives to deliver orders as quickly as possible after receipt of payment. However, delivery times are an estimate and cannot be guaranteed.
4.2. The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address. Salon Stuff is not liable for delays or problems resulting from incorrect address information.
5. Returns and Exchanges
5.1. Please see our Returns Policy for information on returning and exchanging products.
5.2 Orders for personalized Beauty Seats and products cannot be returned.
6. Retention of title
6.1. Ownership of products will only be transferred to the customer after full payment has been received by Salon Stuff.
7. Liability
7.1. Salon Stuff is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of products purchased through the webshop.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. All intellectual property rights relating to the content and design of the webshop and the products sold belong to Salon Stuff or its licensors.

10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1. These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Salon Stuff is located.

peter Ocks
Vader: Peter is verantwoordelijk voor de levering, montage en een deel van de productie van onze Beauty Seats.
Hij bouwt en controleert verschillende onderdelen zelf, zodat elke Beauty Seat voldoet aan onze hoge kwaliteitseisen.
Daarnaast zorgt hij ervoor dat elke Beauty Seat persoonlijk wordt geleverd en perfect wordt geïnstalleerd in de salon.
Berlinda Ocks
Moeder: Berlinda verzorgt de administratie en zorgt ervoor dat elke bestelling soepel verloopt.
Daarnaast begeleidt zij ook klanten in onze showroom en helpt ze bij het maken van de juiste keuze.
Voor onze Duitse klanten is zij het vaste aanspreekpunt, omdat zij vloeiend Duits spreekt en hen persoonlijk kan begeleiden.
Kyra Ocks
Dochter: Kyra is de oprichter van Salon Stuff en verantwoordelijk voor de ontwerpen en de ontwikkelingen.
Ze onderhoudt het contact met klanten, verzorgt de social media en ontvangt klanten in de showroom.
Daarnaast helpt ze bij de levering, zodat ze persoonlijk betrokken is bij elke stap van bestelling tot plaatsing in de salon.
Met haar 10+ ervaring in de beautybranche weet zij precies wat professionals nodig hebben.
