How to order your Beauty seat

From order to installation, we personally take care of everything.

How to order your Beauty Seat in the Netherlands?

Step 1 — Choose your Beauty Seat

Choose your favorite Beauty Seat via our website.

You can pay safely with:
• iDEAL/WERO
• Credit card
• iDEAL in3 (pay in 3 installments, without interest)

With iDEAL in3 it works like this:

• You pay 1/3 immediately
• 1/3 after 30 days
• 1/3 after 60 days

This way you can upgrade your salon immediately and spread the payment.

Step 2 — Personal contact

Once your order has been placed, we will contact you personally to schedule delivery.

Is your Beauty Seat in stock ?
We will then schedule a delivery time as soon as possible.

Is your Beauty Seat out of stock?
Then we will keep you informed.

As soon as your Beauty Seat is ready, we will contact you to schedule a delivery date together.

NB:
We currently deliver mainly at weekends and sometimes during the week in the evenings.

Step 3 — Reminder and delivery time

You will receive:

• A reminder one day before delivery
• On the day of delivery a WhatsApp message with the expected arrival time

This way you know exactly when we will be there.

Step 4 — Personal delivery and installation

We deliver your Beauty Seat personally.

• Place the Beauty Seat in the desired location
• Assemble everything completely
• Ensure it is immediately ready for use

So you can use your Beauty Seat right away.

Important — Not on the ground floor?

Is your salon not on the ground floor?

Please send us a short video in advance of the entrance to the location where the Beauty Seat should be placed.

This way we can prepare the delivery properly.

How to order your Beauty Seat in Belgium?

You can pay safely with:

• Bancontact
• Credit card

You can enter your VAT number during checkout.

Do you have a valid VAT number?
The VAT will then be automatically transferred and you will pay 0% VAT .

Step 2 — Personal contact

Once your order has been placed, we will contact you personally to schedule delivery.

Is your Beauty Seat in stock ?
We will then schedule a delivery time as soon as possible.

Is your Beauty Seat out of stock?
Then we will keep you informed.

As soon as your Beauty Seat is ready, we will contact you to schedule a delivery date together.

We currently only deliver in Belgium on weekends.

How to order your Beauty Seat in Europe?

Step 1 — Send us your request

If you would like to order a Beauty Seat, please contact us first.

You can contact us via:

• WhatsApp
• Email

Please include:

• The Beauty Seat you would like
• Your full delivery address
• Your company name
• Your VAT number (if applicable)

This allows us to prepare everything correctly.

Step 2 — Transport cost calculation

Once we receive your information, we will calculate the transport costs to your location.

You will receive:

• The total price
• The transport cost
• The expected delivery timeframe

We will clearly explain everything before you confirm your order.

Step 3 — VAT-free delivery (EU business customers)

Do you have a valid VAT number within the EU?

Then we can invoice your order without VAT.

Step 4 — Personal contact and delivery planning

After confirmation, we will personally plan your delivery.

If your Beauty Seat is in stock, we will schedule delivery as soon as possible.

If not in stock, we will inform you when your Beauty Seat is ready.

Step 5 — Personal delivery and installation

We personally deliver and install your Beauty Seat.

We will:

• Place it in your salon
• Fully assemble it
• Make sure it is ready for immediate use

Step 6 — Delivery confirmation

You will receive:

• A delivery confirmation
• A reminder one day before arrival
• A WhatsApp message on the day of delivery with the expected arrival time

Important

If your salon is not on the ground floor, please send us a short video of the access route.

This helps us ensure safe delivery.
