Salon Stuff Return and Cancellation Policy

At Salon Stuff, we strive for the highest quality and customer satisfaction. Our products are carefully and custom-made for you. Please read our return policy carefully to be fully informed about our terms and conditions.

1. Beauty Seats

Our Beauty Seats are custom-made for you in terms of color and size after payment. This means:

• Once payment is received, production begins based on your specific requirements.
• Due to the custom nature and exclusivity, cancellation or return after ordering is not possible.
• Upon delivery and assembly, the Beauty Seat will be inspected together with you. If both parties agree that the product meets your wishes, this will be recorded in writing via a signed agreement.

2. Personalized Products (Beauty Lights with Logo)

• Beauty Lights with logo are specifically personalized for you.
• Because the product is specially adapted to your wishes, these cannot be canceled or returned. Please check your order carefully before placing it.

3. Standard Products (Beauty Lights without Logo)

• For Beauty Lights without a logo, the statutory right of withdrawal applies.
• This means you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receipt without giving reasons.
• After consultation and approval from us, the unused product, in its original and undamaged packaging, can be returned.
• The return costs are at your own expense. Once we have received the product in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.

4. Assembly and Inspection upon Delivery

• For products such as Beauty Seats, we offer an additional service: free on-site assembly (temporarily without extra costs, only in the Netherlands and excluding the Wadden Islands and Zeeland Flanders).
• During assembly, you will check with us whether the product meets your expectations and specifications.
• If both parties agree that the product meets your wishes, this will be recorded in writing via a signed agreement.
• After approval, the product is officially approved and can no longer be returned.

5. Warranty and Defects

• If a product is defective upon delivery, we ask you to report this within 24 hours.
• We will offer a suitable solution, such as repair, replacement, or refund.
• Products that are damaged after approval during assembly are not covered by warranty, unless otherwise stated.

6. Returning Products

• We strive for your complete satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer you the possibility to return the product within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition and unused.
• Returns must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase or order number.

7. Return Procedure

• Contact us via info@salonstuff.nl to request a return. Please state the order number, reason for return, and any other relevant information.
• After approval of your return request, you will receive instructions for returning the product.

8. Shipping Costs

• The costs for returning the product are at the customer's expense, unless otherwise agreed.

9. Refund

• Once the returned product has been received in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the original payment method.
• Any shipping costs will not be refunded, unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.

10. Exceptions

• For certain products, such as custom-made Beauty Seats, different return conditions may apply. These will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

11. Important Information

• The Beauty Seats are made entirely to your specific wishes in terms of height, color, and upholstery. Therefore, we cannot accept changes, cancellations, or returns after the order.
