Salon Stuff Returns and Cancellation Policy

At Salon Stuff, we strive for the highest quality and customer satisfaction. Our products are custom-made for you with care and attention to detail. Please read our returns policy carefully to be fully informed about our terms and conditions.

1. Beauty Seats

Our Beauty Seats are custom-made for you, in color and size, after payment. This means:

• Once payment is received, production will begin based on your specific wishes.
• Due to the customization and exclusivity, cancellation or returns after ordering are not possible.
• Upon delivery and installation, the Beauty Seat will be inspected with you. If both parties agree that the product meets your requirements, this will be confirmed in writing in a signed agreement.

2. Personalized Products (Beauty Lights with Logo)

• Beauty Lights with logo are personalized specifically for you.
• Because the product is customized to your specifications, it cannot be canceled or returned. Please check your order carefully before placing it.

3. Standard products (Beauty Lights without Logo)

• The statutory right of withdrawal applies to Beauty Lights without a logo.
• This means that you have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
• After consultation and approval by us, the unused product, in the original and undamaged packaging, can be returned.
• You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the product in good condition, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days.

4. Assembly and Inspection upon Delivery

• For products like Beauty Seats, we offer an additional service: free on-site installation (temporarily at no extra cost, only in the Netherlands, excluding the Wadden Islands and Zeeuws Vlaanderen).
• During installation, you will check with us whether the product meets your expectations and specifications.
• If both parties agree that the product meets your requirements, this will be recorded in writing in a signed agreement.
• Once approved, the product is officially approved and can no longer be returned.

5. Warranty and Defects

• If a product is defective upon delivery, please report this within 24 hours.
• We offer a suitable solution, such as repair, replacement or refund.
• Products damaged after approval during installation are not covered by the warranty, unless otherwise stated.

6. Returning Products

• We strive for your complete satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return the product within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition and unused.
• Returns must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase or order number.

7. Returns Procedure

• Contact us at info@salonstuff.nl to request a return. Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and any other relevant information.
• After your return request has been approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.

8. Shipping costs

• The costs for returning the product are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

9. Refund

• Once the returned product has been received in good condition, we will refund the purchase price via the original payment method within 14 days.
• Any shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.

10. Exceptions

• For certain products, such as custom-made Beauty Seats, different return policies may apply. These will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

11. Important Information

• The Beauty Seats are custom-made to your specific wishes, including height, color, and upholstery. Therefore, we cannot accept changes, cancellations, or returns after ordering.
